2. What are your payment options?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery payment for serviced areas. Payments via bank deposits, e-wallets, and credit card payments will be available soon.

We are currently open for deliveries in Dagupan, Calasiao, and Binmaley areas. Other areas will be available soon!

Please see the delivery fee reflected on the check out page once you make a purchase. Delivery fees and charges may change without prior notice.

5. What modes of payment can I use for my cash on delivery purchase?

We currently accept cash payments for our COD delivery. Check payments and credit card payments are currently not accepted.

6. How does the 'store pickup' option work?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer the 'store pickup' option for our CSI Dagupan ( Lucao) branch. Simply make a purchase online and choose the 'store pickup' option  upon check out. After placing an order, a customer representative will contact you for the pickup schedule of your order. Pickup schedules will usually be two (2) to four (4) hours after your order has been placed.

7. Where do I pick up my orders if I choose 'store pickup' as my delivery option?

Our pickup station is located in front of CSI Stadia where CSI Supermarket is currently located. Please look for the tent with a 'Pickup Station' sign.

8. Can I place an order in advance for store pickup?

Accepted Answer

You may place an order in advance for your store pickup. Kindly give the date and time of your preferred schedule to our store representative when they contact you for your order.

9. I am a restaurant/sari-sari store/minimart/grocery owner, can I make a bulk purchase order online?

Accepted Answer

The standard delivery fee on the checkout page is not valid for bulk orders. Please email us at admin@csistore.ph so we can assist you further.
